At Renew Health & Physical Therapy, we strive to provide all patients with a supportive environment and a comfortable experience on their road to recovery.

The Goal of Our Facilities:

  • At each one of our locations, the number one priority is to ensure that a welcoming environment is provided to each and every patient.

What to Expect For Your 1st Visit:

  • An initial evaluation will last approx. an hour to an hour and 15 min, where your physical therapist will get a thorough medical history, detailed understanding of your pain, and find the best course of treatment to begin your therapy.

  • He or she will outline a treatment plan, provide education on the cause of your symptoms, and explain the reason behind the treatment planned. Often education on a home program will be provided to ensure your treatment extends to when you are not here.

Follow-Ups & More:

  • Your therapy sessions, which will last approx. 45 min, will be scheduled to ensure we find the days and times that are most convenient for your daily schedule to make your weekly routine manageable.

Medicare patients require a physician's referral, but most private insurance companies do not. Direct Access allows you to choose to come directly to us for your therapy needs. Your co-pay or co-insurance is expected at the time of service for each visit. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards; including the option to save your card on file for easy access. If your provider is not listed, we will be happy to identify Out-of-Network Benefits, or discuss our self-pay options.
