We opened a private practice physical therapy business 6 years ago on faith. Started as a one clinic and one therapist business and have grown to 2 clinics (about to add a third), 6 therapists, looking to add. We are thriving against the tide of our industry by providing only one on one high quality physical therapy. Unlike so many others we never ask our therapists to treat more than one patient at a time. We provide evaluations in 1 hour and 15 minute blocks and almost all follow up visits in 45 minute blocks. On the other hand unlike many other practices we have very low no show and cancellation rates due to the high quality of service we provide. We are growing and love to help our employees grow with us. The owners hold to a high standard and ask our employees to do the same but our internal business culture is like a family. We aim to provide our employees with a career that provides security, happiness, and satisfaction. We believe we can and should aim to help every patient that comes in our door in some meaningful way.

We offer a highly competitive salary, 18 paid days off to be used or sold back to company at end of year, plus 10 holidays, health, vision, and dental insurance.
